Anyone here use Green Fuse Bloom Booster?

I just bought a gallon of this stuff. I was wondering....

1) Is this a replacement for molasses or to be used with?

2) Has anyone used this till the end of flowering/harvest after flush and how it affects the taste vs. soil completely washed with no nuit?
