Particularly foliar fed banana tea? Banana peel boiled, strained and added to water, sprayed all over the leaves. Apparently a banana peel contains NPK 0-3-42
No. But I do dry and grind them up with eggshells and coffee grounds. Which gets added to my pots over their life span. And is watered in with whatever goes into my bokashi bin, plus rain water.
I ferment them and spray that. Kombucha scoby.
I spray 1:100 in water. Or a little hotter in soil tea. Works good. Mine doesn't burn my leaves, even at 100% concentration and works to prevent PM. I must filter the liquid for a spray though and rinst out the sprayer after or the Kombucha will grow into the tube and solidify to a jelly.

i dont know how effective boiling is as far as releasing potassium from the actual banana peel... that would be the first thing i would address. As another poster stated, fermenting it would be more applicable IMO
I caused a K tox in my last grow by fermenting 4 banana peels @ 1 gal. I applied 1 qt of that soil drench per 5 gal bucket. Just my personal experience.
