Anyone here surf?

I surfed the net,,but have yet to surf a wave,,we kinda body surfed back in the day in Lake Ontario,,,when it was clean,,,,guess I'll have to visit fdd@blk in the summer next time ;-))
 
i love the ocean but my fear of sharks keeps me fairly close to the shore. i could never go as far as you need to go in order to surf
 
ive seen too many disvoery channel shows to mess with those guys. but at least i know what to do if one ever bites me. just hit em in the nose!!!
 
yeah thats cortes bank 100 miles off of san diego, alot of water moving around out there. Im on the less consistent east coast, except right now its a few feet over head cause of this big snow storm. nothins a bigger buzz kill then jumpin in some 40 degree water wearin my 5/4/3 mil suit! but its well worth it
