Has anyone had visits from feds or private investigators since oregons mmj records were ceased? Im wondering if they are charging everyone they can/everyone?

Theres a thread literally four post below yours titled "Oregon's Registry to the Feds" that talks about this. That being said, the feds claim that they would only use the date to help prosecute those who already have a valid case being built against them for breaking the law. However, I wouldn't be surprised if multi patient growers are kept on a much shorter list, especially those with 4. Only reason you are going to pop up on the feds radar is if you have 99+ plants, traffic meds out of state in large quantities, or trying to make too much money from it all without the gov't being able to tax it.

Believe it or not the feebies have more important things to do then gather evidence against registered marijuana growers. It has been estimated that over 50% of Oregon's population use marijuana. Most grow their own. Are the feebies going to arrest half of the population.
