Anyone grows with Growstream?

Please tell if anyone using this system. It seems pretty simple, however, I have some questions... Like how you veg and set cycle with two tents, perpetual? What medium and how much? Can use rainwater (maybe some bacterial in it?) instead of pure RO?

how crazy do you want to get?

build your own high pressure aeroponics setup . or rdwc. or dtw coco? or buy an ebb/flow system pre-made?

Right now I use coco DTW.
I want something more clean, so with water as medium. Or clay pebbles.
Tent is 5x10, with coco this would be 18 plants (9 in each 5x5). I guess with some hydro it would be less, which is good to me.

If you want to change to water growing why would you be looking at a system that's all about growing in dirt/soil? You can find systems, from bubble buckets, to rdwc under culture systems online... From dead simple, to overkill. Each grower who's successful at hydro will offer up their system as proof it's best.. Pick one for critique and see what response you get.. I'll even offer up mine for judgement if you want..

are you handy building stuff?

rdwc is hard to beat and pretty cheap to build if you DIY

If I DIY my lights, hell I can do RDWC too. But english is not my first language and I don't know what I need exactly.
Also, how many pots for 5x10 tent? 12, 16, 18?
It will be perpetual, with additional 5x5 tent for vegging.

depends on how many plants you want. and what size pots you can get easily.
