You can at least figure the volume which it holds. Regardless of smoke or water, the volume that the bong holds is a set number, what ever it may be.

Seamaiden Well-Known Member Jun 2, 2008 #5 To figure the volume of a cylinder, in gallons you use the following formula (this is how I know/remember it): radius x2 x height x 3.14 (that's pi) x .00432 = volume in gallons.
