Anyone familiar with this? can it be used for DWC?

I was in home depot today and i saw this setup that was RIDICULOUS. I'm not sure if i should buy it though because it's still designed slightly different then what i've been seeing on the message boards....any one familiar with this? just a simple yes or no would suffice. Thanks in advanced people
