Anyone ever used 2 600w hps on just >>one plant <<

idk why this camera is crap and makes the pics look yellow, i'll post better pics with my phone later today they are a lush dark green my phone pics make these look like a turd

how tall/wide/deep is it ?
i have a plant at the moment in flower its 4ft tall 3ft wide and 2ft deep
the 600 is doing fine for the first 3ft of height
i would say the bottom 1ft could do with a bit of extra light but this is also because of the shape
it is a bit squashed up in a cupboard

what do you mean small? that's a 32gal pot and my tape measure says its 3ftx3ft I just took some f'd up pics lol i'll get better ones when my wife gets home with my phone it has all my pics

by deep what do u mean? its like 3ft tall by 3ft wide and like 2 1/2 wide the other way cuz I trimmed it oval shaped and the plant starts about 4 or 5 in from the dirt. sry I am burnt and don't know if I ansered your question

and the bigger the root the bigger the fruit im not a first timer just my first time using a vertical and a horizontal 600 at the same time. I usually get qp-hp per plant strain depending

yeh you did mate no worries, its a big girl its like almost 1 meter sq
your pic makes it look small cos you have taken it from the top
you could put 2 lights on that if you want it would help get a bit more yield
but i would not do it if the heat would get out of control , if you know you can take care of all that go for it

im hoping the yield gets higher just going by watt/gram ratio but was just wondering if anyone else has blasted that much light at just 1 plant

Very simple situation. If you don't have to pay the electric bill, by all means give your plants as many watts as possible. Usually, the situation is restrained by heat, smell, or cost of running the lights. If there is not a problem in cost, light them up baby. The amount of light given to a pot plant is like sex, there is never too much. Peace

There was a guy doing a grow journal that was growing one plant under a 1000w but he didnt know what he was doing and was the know all type who wouldnt take a telling,he was actually growing it as a seedling under the full 1000w,the thing was all light bleached and stunted lol.But if you know what youre doing and the plants big enough to warrant 1200w then why not?
