Anyone else notice Purple Coloring phases out on repeat clones?

I have noticed my purple sunset and MAC muffin don't get nearly as pink/purple as they used to, environments haven't changed other than lighting, but even when I made a switch to LED I was getting bright colors, these pictures date back a couple years now. Just curious if anyone else has lost colors..

Are the temps the same? LED produces very little radiant heat so if the temps are the same then they could actually be warmer under the LED depending on where you take your temperate readings.

Also how many runs did you do under the LED before the colour faded?

Temps are higher with LED. HPS air 75 with LED 78-80. Nights always drop down to 72-75.
I'd say I have around 10? runs from inception. Each run in my photo library the plants get less color. Maybe my temps could be higher?

Ive actually see MORE purpling over time, as we reran our PBB for example.

Do you do any type of temperature crashes? I have actually had success doing overnight temp crashes on some strains, the colors definitely come out and they hit a fade faster on the leaves. I noticed if you keep things too perfect the plants will kinda just cruise in the slow lane. I'm wondering if its possible my temps are higher than back then, looking back at the Pulse monitor my night temps were colder when I first ran these.

Not really, to be honest. I just ride out my ambient temps without actively doing anything

Aye I dare say that’s why. Could try dropping the temps on the next run or this current one?

Also did u measure light intensity? Cause the LED might put out more but if it’s further away they could be receiving less light?

I have my lights like 6 inches from the tops, I lower them until I hit 1100 PPFD at the tops.
I'm going to crank up the 3-ton mini split and see what a few days of 68 °F does. In early week 6 of 12/12. Cold crash wouldn't hurt. :)
