So i was thinking for next year about starting some plants inside in december or january and leaving them in the veg room until mid april and moving them outside for the rest of the grow, outdoor harvest time around here is end of september/first of oct. Has anyone done this before? I just want an experiment and see if i can make a monster outdoors.

thats a good way to get a monster...i planted seeds directly outside in mid May and ended up with 5 footers.

i know inside in that time frame i can/have vegged to 5 feet before flowering(pure sativas) but im thinkin if i throw em outside at 5 feet and they have another 2 months or more maybe i could get a 9-10 footer??? that would be pretty sick imo.

I think quite a few people do that with excellent results. Just put them outdoors as the weather allows.

Happy growing. :peace:

mines been going for about a mounth, but there going in a green house so i have a hight limit.

dude i suggest you have a well hidden spot, i started in jan. last year and they were 4 feet when i put them out n they only got bigger n bigger n bigger

yea i know all about guerilla growing, i was more wondering about the actual limits of plant size outdoors(can i get 2lb per plant outside of magical kush county cali?)

i new someone in cali a few years back that got 10 lbs per plant, and i had to trim that shit up.
