Anyone confirm my diagnosis?

Hi all,

I'm a first time grower and don't want to mis-diagnose my plants.

I'm a couple of weeks into veg and my two plants are approximately 40 and 45 cm. I've noticed some abnormalities in them and have diagnosed myself, however would like an expert opinion because my lack of experience may lead to mistakes in diagnosis.

The curling upwards on one of the leaf tips and a slight side bend/turn on many other leaf tips (images attached) suggest I have overfed them.
On my other plant the newer leaves coming from the nodes have been growing in a twisted manner, and the leaves also look like they are crumpled due to pockets of air or so (images attached), though I'm not sure what either of these symptoms reflect.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I would also like to know if I should do a wash out if I am using soil.

That wilting looks like over watering. You shouldn't need to water that often if the nutes are measured right. You're in veg so increase the heat so they have to drink more. Stick your finger in the soil to your second knuckle. If it comes out a bit muddy its gtg. If your finger is bone dry its time to water. My tent gets to 74°-78° in veg. For soil I'd water as needed, about every 6 days. Conditions vary: this is mine.

Lay off the watering and keep the light on. Be patient and let the eat as necessary. Good luck!
