Anybody used AH Supply CLF lighting?

I have been thinking about picking up some lighting from Compact Fluorescent Lighting Kits and was wondering if anybody has used their lighting systems successfully?

I was thinking about picking up 2 of the 55W kits ( 4 55w PL CFL bulbs ) for a Scrog grow in a semi stealth location. Im not sure what bulbs they come with, as from what I was reading they can be swapped out dependent on where you are at in the grow. I had seen them suggested on another thread here on GC, so I thought that I'd ask.

You would be better off with just some Compact Fluorescent spirals.
2 to 200 Watt Compact Fluorescent Bulbs : 1000Bulbs.com
This site has 2-200 Watt CFL's in any spectrum you could ever want 2700K - 6500K

I was wondering for efficiency and ability to get the lighting to the plants. With the standard CFL, your only facing what - 50% max of the surface area of the bulb towards the plant? I'd think that this would actually be high in % when looking at the bulbs themselves.

With those w/ reflectors, you have not only the direct lighting and UV rays from the direct bulb to plant but also reflected - making these more efficient and plant growth friendly. Less bulbs w/ more grow -

Well dude you can get a good reflect for a spiral CFL at walmart for $6 bucks in the hardware section. They are listed under shop lights. That way you can focus all of the light energy in one concentrated spot: towards the plant. Your right it is important to take advantage of that wasted light, which can easily achieved. You should check out my thread i only have 4 lights and my plants look beautiful.
