well wtf heard they send data to power company if pull out, i would never steel but to add connection like upgrade a panle from 100 amps to 200amps i pull the meter without notify utilities for customers privacy and no permit costs, from what i understand it will send atamper motie to teh utility, is this true. and i heard they alway over charge you with a smart meter, is bs in my opion.
