Anybody Experienced with Advancing "Lucas Formula"?

I am currently running flood and drain with 1 gallon rose pots using coco coir as a medium. This run I just ran GH Maxi series along with Age Old Kelp and Age Old Humic. My next run I am going to try the Lucas Formula using GH FloraMIcro and FloraBloom again the kelp and humic.
My question is... What else has anyone added, or would add, to a basic formula like this and what results have you gotten? Sometimes I've added Botanicare's Hydroguard and I've tried adding mycorrhiza to the coco when I transplant with questionable results. The main goal is to keep it simple and balanced. I'm rolling around the idea of amino acids, hormones, or beneficials... Any ideas/advice

Try the Heads modified Lucas formula.

6ml Micro per Gallon
9 ml Bloom per Gallon
Epsom salt(can't remember how much he recommended), or
1ml Cal/mag per Gallon

I used the above for a while, a year or two ago, with great results in coco.

Kelp is a must and I already use Age Old Organics Kelp and like it. I've looked into some of the powder concentrates but some say right on the label that they aren't stable and will break down and ferment within a few days once mixed in solution and must be used within that time. This doesn't sound ideal for a hydroponic reservoir to me. I'm guessing more for soil? But honestly I don't know the difference between the liquid "stable" versions and the powdered concentrates, I would prefer the later just do to economics. But weary to use when reading info like that.
