any1 used greenlamp leds b4?

Never heard of them. Do you have a link you can share? If you do, I'll be happy to check them out and give you my input. I always love looking at new leds.
 
they dont write anywhere that their 130W thingy has actually just about 90W. So i guess they also use the world cheapest 3W leds, since they dont write which brand...i would say "no, thx"
 
I would stay miles away from those. They seem to be nothing else but a standard cheap Chinese lamp.

I don't know man, I've looked at a lot of leds and different websites, and this one doesn't appeal to me one bit. I think your money would be much better spent elsewhere. Not to say they don't work, I just think it's better to buy something that's been proven to work and you know will be reliable. Check the forum here and see what others are using. If you are looking for something specific to Europe, check out vipar, hans/bonsaihero, or plantphotonics.
