There pretty cheap he has 175w all the way up to 400w lights for $100 shipped? Does it look any good?

I am thinking about it, sending the guy an email. Seems like a cheap way for me to get an HPS, and I can upgrade in prats later on. A hood here, a bulb there.

Any1 try these?
