your plant looks very hot and over fed.
what light sced you using?.
how ofter are you feeding?
what lights?.
and are you using a fan?.
is that your only plant?.
i would repot as the pot looks too small.
just repott and dont feed for a couple of weeks as there is food in the soil.

I have 2 plants.
I have not fed the plants anything other than what came in the soil.
I watered the plants the day before I took the pictures.
I need to re-check the PH but it has been running right around 6.
I have a fan blowing on them, and I am lighting them with a couple CFL's.
And..I don't know the temps, I have been using the "if it's too hot for your hand" method. I will remedy that soon.
So it doesn't look like bugs? That was my biggest worry.

I am using Expert Gardener Perfect Potting Soil (it does contain fertilizer already). Which I know is not ideal, however my plant was doing PERFECT for the first 10 days or so.
I did check my PH and it was def too high. It was around 7.8.
Do you think that this alone is causing all my problems. The yellowing is spreading, but the new growth seems to be fairly green (a little yellowing). I water every 4 days. I try to wait until it is really dry.

PH that high will cause all sorts of issues, especially the ones that you are seeing. Bring the ph down to 6.5 at least and the issues will clear up. PH issues are usually at the core of many plant issues because if the ph is off in either direction (too high or too low) the plants can not utilize the food correctly.
Check out this chart and it will show you what nutrients are used or locked out according to the current ph. Hope this helps
