good light they still stretch for the top. i heard it may be bad to top them all. is that true and what do you do to control branches, supercrop them?
any tips on controling side branches from stretching out?

i've used zip-ties to help train my plants before. I would use a zip tie to keep the lower branches extending up with the main stem.

i trained them but they streched and would make the plant as wide as a bear hug. if i could get the same leafage with out that stem it would allow me to fit way more

i dont want to have to train down stretchy branches. thats what i did on some of these and the plants have a very wide diameter. i want to keep them unstreched from the beginning but they seem to always try to push up past the sun leaves stretching it out
