any tips on a vertical veg with a 400 watt light?

step1: set up vertical light.
step2: place a fan under the light, blowing upwards to carry the heat
step3: Surround with plants and grow giant buds

no you want the buds to grow to the light

i'm talkin about in the veggin phase. do you leave them be oe turn them.

Your best bet is to leave them be. (as in don't turn them)

I usually prune off any shoots that arent facing towards the light.
