It will be used to cover a 3x4 space for vegging newly rooted clones.

Too small for a 3x4 space. But to root clones use floro tubes.

To me looks like a low output LED might be good for clones or seedlings.

you would need 2 of those to cover your space it says on that site they cover a 2x2 area.

Glorified led traffic light;P.............skip it and buy something better, or stick with fluoro/hid...........good luck
