Any one-plant growers here? Need pump & res advice

Hi everyone I'm in need of some tips on on a proper water pump and res for my "stealthy" single plant dtw setup in 3gal pot, scrog'd to about a 2x2 space.. Basically just doing a top feed/dripper setup to automate my watering a bit more. Would love to maintain every two weeks if possible, one week is fine too.

1) Res to plant water pump - need advice on best gph here. Quietest brand recommendation would be helpful. I tried a maxijet1200 i have laying around, way too strong and loud.

2) Res circulation - airstone, waterfall, or simply another small water pump? How strong would i need one to be for a 10-15gallon reservoir? My hope is the small res size shouldn't be an issue? I can bump it up to 20gal if necessary, space is limited.

I'd use another water pump with a venturi valve built in UT fir res curculatuon. much steLthiee than any air pump. as far as dripping to ONE dripper for a 3 gal, maybe 50-100 gph ran for 15 min per day

Thanks! I looked into the venturi and it sounds great. A couple concerns:

heat? what's going to run hotter a submersible pump or airstone?
noise? looks like the venturi might be really noisy with all the air mixing in the water
