You replaced the lights with cfls that are 2 inches away.
What light was used prior to changing to cfl?
How many days ago was the change made?
How far was the old light from the canopy?

I don't know anything about Remo nutes but the instruction looks like a lot of mls per gallon. Like most nutes it's probably best to try half strength. They are green on top which is a good sign they are trying to bounce back.

More air in the Rez The bottom of your Netti pot should be half inch from surface of rez The more bubbles you can get popping the better. Good luck
