Any ideas? Help a first timer out

Any tips durring flower/bud stage? I'm a first time grower and I have 4 plants under a 1000 watt HPS light, I'm growing indoor in a shed that's insulated and I have good air circulation as well. My plants are alittle over 4 weeks into flower right now and I just started seeing white hairs on top like 4 days ago. Any tips durring flowering would be helpful!' Any advice for anything

I have 4 plants, one of the plants is directly under the light and is about 10 inches away and I keep a close eye that it does not get light burn, the other 3 plants are like right around that plant and are probably 14-15 inches away from the light, at first I thought some of my plants weren't getting enough light but now it seems light they are getting plenty . They are 32 days into flower btw

Rotate them plants

let the light shine in places that it don't normally

like apples only the trics that get the most light mature first

I have the main colas all tied up to this board on my ceiling so I can't really rotate them now, but I was rotating them before I tied them up

Their all getting pretty good light, the two furthest plant colas are growing up towards the light so I left the plant their and tied it up so the cola was leaning alittle closer towards the light
