hahahaha (laughing because we all do the same thing starting and say the same thing ) all part of the learning curve

ok man/lady just take a few breaths ...........your lights need to be 12 to 18 inches away from the plant (to make sure not getting hurt take your hand put it on the top part of the plant so the back of the hand is facing the light .....keep there for 30 secs your hand should not feel uncomfortable if it is move the light little higher )

your watering for a plant of that size should only be about 2 cups of water every 2 days (that is around the whole area of the planter not just in the center )

Im on my first auto outdoors tho....when I researched autos the first thing I came across was not to over water and even then I use inly prob half a litre of water if that....I go prob 4 days before my auto even thinks about wanting another water

it needs squirt bottle amounts of water ( i do like 10-20 squirts but im also in peat but the principle is the same ) until it has a few sets of leaves ....... if its soaked the roots wont spread ....... and neither will the canopy

..ring a bell Hulky
Squeeze out some of that water, see those big thick veins in the leaf ..she's not got enough 02 in the root zone, a fresh airflow would remove the excess 02 in the leaf zone too, have you a small fan ..?
