You can presex just look with a magnifine glass just behind the leaf spur or stipule about the fourth week of veg growth,when the plant is about 6-8 weeks old. This is the point of sexual maturity, the first sign a plant is preparing for flowering-the next stage in life. You can see pre-flowers witha naked eye but a 10 to 30x magnifier will make viewing easier.
 
2 more things first those side branches should be aysmmetetrical before flower inducing. 2nd try putting your lady in a 36 hr no light before 12/12 I did for the first time and I put another one out to flower same time ( straight out ) well the one that had 36 no light showed pistils in 5 days. Check my site below and see, well you can't see the pistils there very tiny, but keep a eye on them WOOT.
