hey everyone bout 3 weeks into flowering and looking ok i guess. any advice or input would be so great. ty and plus rep for all

Looking healthy, you mean there 3 weeks into 12/12? Or 3 weeks since they've shown hairs, "flowering"?

I would also take the tallest one and tie it down gently so its the same height as the rest..

I hope you have at least half the wattage in the 2700k spectrum which is used in flowering.. The extra light will help but you need mostly 2700k..
 
its the best this camera takes pics.. yeah they are all redish 3k except for the cfl's and one set of fluro's... they are also three weeks from 12/12
 
Sorry, I wasn't trying to criticize your photos. Since it doesn't come out well up close, if you see any sick leaves try to take a pic a couple feet away. The couple small drooping leaves are probably light deprived. You can move the tube floros closer to the tops, they can be almost touching the plant as long as you have good airflow. I don't see a fan but perhaps it was moved for the pics?

They look very nice though, awesome for floros.
