Any general rules for drippers in coco

I'm using 2, 2gph emmitters per pot running on opposing sides of each of the plants, I've placed a T on the end of each line coming into the pot, short tubing on both sides of a T. So I have 4 total outlets in each pot.

Prior to the drippers, I watered every day by hand using 2 gallons total for the 4, 5 gallon fabric pots. I would generally get a cup or two runoff from each saucer and the fabric pot would be soaked. Now that I'm using the drippers I gave initially and daily for the first week, the same 2 gallons.

Today, For the first time, I gave 5 gallons total between the 4 pots through a pump over the course of maybe an hour, but I'm still getting zero runoff, the pots on the outside are mostly dry as a bone. The coco seems a bit damp about an inch down tho. The plants look like they could be underwatered, but I'm not quite sure.

My question is, should I continue to pump the water until I get runoff?
