any damage

i am 1 week into 12/12 and i came home today and light off had a bad outlet strip so i turned light on now but it was 8 hrs late and now will be on for 4 hrs and off to continue cycle do you think it will effect much.

No damage.Leave them off till you get back to reg timing and just put em back on the reg schedule. it only hurts em if the lights are on too much imo

Interputed dark cycles are the worest thing. Any inerpution is back, but at least yours was on the safer side.

Just keep an eye on them and watch for any male flowers. You should be fine.
