Any advice?

Can someone give me some advice about a very low budget outdoor growing guide? Would be very helpfull.

and also there are many soil types to use alot of people us Fox farms..nirvana or attitude are you best bet on seeds..and you arent going to be able to control the flowering outside it will come when it comes..when you dry it has to be a cold dark area..need to look around some more on the site for some other info
