Hello. I'm new here, and having my first so-far successful grow. I tried several times when I was in California but I think I over pampered them and loved them to death.
A friend in Colorado did her first grow in a greenhouse but didn't sex in time, so the Maui Waui was extremely seedy, but still potent, good weed.
From that, I got hundreds of seeds. On a lark, I germinated them with my vegetables. They're all outside.
They're doing amazing, well some of them. They are almost hip high but I can't yet determine sex. I am anxious to as I have a lot of plants (30+) and don't want one male to spoil the whole bunch. I have seen one little *possible* sex organ on one plant, but even that's too early to tell.
I'm in NW Wyoming, and these were germinated in early April and planted outside when I trusted we'd have no more frost. So they are 2.5 months old from seed.
It's sunny here mostly, and dry, and 4200' elevation. When should I expect to be able to tell, and when should they start flowering?
Thanks. Most of the information I find is for indoor grows. I didn't expect these plants to take off and be happy.
