answers and help wanted please

okay i topped my plant the other day and the two branches that are suppose to come in. only one looks to be coming up i can see the start of the one on the right but it looks to not be keeping up with the other or damaged possible? also what are the spots on my leaves? if anyone has any info it is appreciate.....

there both coming out the big one you see is an even lower branch. give it a few days your good
