ANSI S55 Ballast? need help

I was @ the local hardware store and seen 150w hps bulbs. On the packaging it says "made for use with ANSI s55 ballasts only".

my question is how do i find such a ballast? im really in the market for a 150w. diy kits are ok as long as everything i need including the socket and hanger is included.

i kinda want an all in 1 system but will settle for a separate ballast type setup.

get a high bay light off craigslist usually they have 250w and 400w runnin around and they will work good with some DIY. cost about 30$ used usually and are all in one systems with a dome that works good for spaces like 3x3 and 2x2(light hung about 3ft above plants)

definately try craigslist first , or if you have a hydroponics shop near you they usually have good used stuff , got my 1000 hps used from greenthumb lighting in torrence with ballast, reflector , and they even hooked me up with a slightly used super red eye bulb. all for 140 bucks

watts r important for me. im growing on a budget sorta (i have the CASH) but i cant run the bill up where i live now...so i need something that wont effect the light bill too much. so 150w seemed perfect (equivalent to an old style lightbulb...not a big deal)...250 makes me worried and a 400 or 600 is certainly out of the question.

im sharing the rent with someone who doesn't know/approve of my grow (dont worry its super stealth) but point is theyve lived there a long time and know what the bill is on avg...im not trying to bump the bill and i cant/dont wanna say "oh i have a fish tank" cuz they live there too obviously lol. they dont want any electricity spikes. so 150w seemed perfect. i could/would get LED's but theres too much controversy surrounding them. id hate to blow 1K and yield the same as a 150w hps .lol.

so if anyone has any ideas then bring it! note: i live in an area where electricity is high so im looking for the smallest jump possible so they aren't alllllll suspicious.

Look in security lighting or flood lighting. no offense but for that kind of money id just go on and get the flouralux or similar from htg for like $70 less shipping/tax. thats wayy too expensive for the watts ($130 for 150w) considering i got my 600s for 200 and change a piece. thanks though.
