Damn, that's a big hurt put on a business that was producing a helpful med. It just goes to show that MJ won't be legal until it's legal at the fed level.

He was targeted because was an effective advocate for legalizing a safe easily produced drug and building a successful business. Big pharma, Monsanto, the prison guard union and the DEA made him an example of what happens when little people advocate for their rights.

Yes, it does, but it also speaks of how natural oil compounds are not stable and have no set formula so if your oils contain THC in liquid form, which they will, their will be a fee on what get`s sold, and guess who`s in charge of that amount ? Soon the only rec use States may have to comply with someone else`s regulations. Gas form will have to be done outside. You can`t smoke in hospitals, nurseries, clinics, just about anywhere,...so people with quanity will have to deal with rec users only. I can see it happening, we get to smoke, they get to collect.

I don't think so. The DEA acted counter to instructions by his office. The GOP is the party that is blocking rescheduling. That said, the DEA is acting counter to congressional action as well. It's not the first time that a federal police bureau has gone rogue.

Bullshit,...The DEA acts under the Attorney General`s office. He`s a she that Obama appointed. Anything they are dispatched to do is from the AG office. The AG answers to the Vice and acting President only.

What you say is all true. There was a time when the FBI pretty much did what it wanted. It's my opinion that Obama has no good reason to break a relatively small player. I think the DEA is running up its arrest numbers for their own reasons. We don't have to agree on this. Given how stupid you are, I'll just hold my opinion and you can do what you want with yours.

You can`t get more funds if you don`t use what you have. The AG knows this well. They need to re-up before Donald takes the Oath.

If you cant find where the confiscated oils went,...there`s your Big Pharma involvement.
 
The FBI is different, they have a clause that says they can act in-Country on their own only if they obtain a warrant from the State they will operate in.

....or make Millions of dollars in cash, banks funds/college funds etc doing it. It was a scheduled gank move. They needed funding for new gear and swat tanks for "the fight against drugs". Who better to fund that than the guy making money legitimately on a state level who pays taxes and gives to the community and works legally within state laws. Crazyness that they can take all that they took, and not file a single charge. This puts everything into limbo since you cant reclaim property that hasn't been filed under a case yet since no charges have been filed.
