While I've no intention of starting yet another forum dispute, I would surmise that calling people "bitches" isn't going to get a quicker answer.

I'd also like to suggest you read up on the methods you mentioned - there are so many journals and threads and everything, full of information from people who have tried numerous training methods. Then perhaps your questions could be a bit more specific.
