Another noob looking for some help

Hey guys, I'm looking to try to grow some clones in a hydroponic Ebb and Flow system.

What I'm looking for is the best cloning medium, in your opinion, that I should use which will later be surrounded by hydroton in my system. The reason I'm asking this question is because I'm slightly concerned with the use of Rockwool as my growing medium, which I would prefer to do, as I'm afraid watering 3-5 times a day will soak the Rockwool to much to the point of hurting the plant. Is that true, or am I just being overly cautious?

I use rockwool......... really easy to use. you can't over water rockwool (in theory). the rockwool holds in a lot of air allowing the roots to breath. use the rockwool, you shouldn't have a problem.
