Another Fim attempt

I tried Fimming again, this time a little more aggressive. LAst time I didn't go far enough, no splitting but it spit out about four 1/2" nodes and should make some decent little cola's.

Anyway..here are the latest efforts. Is this what I am looking for? Thanks in Advance.

A correct FIM forms 4 main colas. but if you just topped it then two and a branch might come up with them if you put in flowering right away.

"Fuck I Missed"-FIM (a failed topping of the plant. Cutting the meristem.)
"Pinching Off"- (pinching of the meristem.)
Both methods break the plants axial dominance.
try pinching off its easier than FIM.

I did fim vs. topping comparison... the fimmed plant got bushier and produced more... ..I'm down w fimming...and its an easy procedure.....just you tube it....

Something happened. I think it worked. How cool. These plants are gonna look nice all grown up..They are showing female.. I was sure they would be. The mother plant is flowering like crazy, probably has a zip on her already! Anyway, these look different than my last attempt.
These are just going to be awesome. There is some serious action in there.


I had to put this up..A FAR far ways from where it was a year ago.. This is one half the bloom room. Im going to have a green February!

How many plants

There are three in there..two more out of picture, plus the fimmed pair just out of the pic..Its really fun right now. like a forest..

I tried FIMMING, but didn't go far enough, so only ended up with 2.

WEll they really liked the watering yesterday...plus I moved them front and center under the HPS track..right next to their momma..



So here is one..I have a question. Should I prune the leaves that got whacked in the trim? The ones growing afu? or leave them..I'm going to let it establish a little before but I'm thinking it's pretty stressed as it is..Opinions?

I built another veg box and bent over my other twin. These two are going to be so fricken cool, I am going to veg them out for at least another month. I screwed up and only put them in two gallon pots..I was high.. Kind of a dilema, I would love to have them in a 3..or better a 5. I didn't even think about it..I might just do a SCrog and water a lot.. The plant I have in the 2 gallon right now takes at least a qt to a half gallon a day..If I have learned any thing from this round it is all about happy root balls, I need to get some bigger pots.


Here is a pic of the top cola on the momma. She's such a beaut. With any luck the top one will look like this in a month.



I fully expect this gal to net 2oz dry, plus she gave me four babies. which have in turn given six..certainly a seed bred to perform.

So should I plan on leaving it Veg until the tops show next time? did I put mine into the flower room too early? I sorta had to, my other two plants are shaping and need the space of two of my veg boxes. I guess I should have given them at least a week..?
