AN Connaisseur!

Now I just got my Connaisseur A&B from AN and can't wait to use it. The thing is that there is no indication on how to use it on soil, though it says it' good for all mediums. So someone familiar with this stuff, please point out the dosage for soil usage as of what I've read this is a real good product...

And what about the Overdrive - can you use it more than 2 weeks as it says and if no, what is the reason - too dense buds?
