Amending mm rules

So the finalized rules on medical marijuana came out. There is a great portion that people can submit written requests for changes to the accepted medical conditions portion of the law. If accepted the counsel will schedule a public meeting to discuss the change and possibly add the disease to the list of approved disorders. Applications are accepted July and January. Remember that you need to provide scientific publications to back up your request. I personally am pushing for depression and insomnia. Actually wrote my English 102 final paper on the benefits of medical marijuana so I will be quoting my paper/recourses. Remember, submitting a paper will not only benefit yourself but other Arizonans that suffer.

If you use PubMed (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/), you can find references to add to your work. Marijuana + insomnia comes up with 31 hits- many of which are not relevant, but still.

Then you can use Google Books (http://books.google.com/) for the same thing. Use Worldcat (http://www.worldcat.org/) to get the entire reference (click on "Cite/Export" and select your favorite style; I'm partial to Chicago).

Lastly, there's Google Scholar (http://scholar.google.com/), which will allow you to add even more references.

Good luck. If you want a final look-see before you submit it, I can edit almost anything.
