nobody seems to be familiar with the light so maybe you could post a link
unfortunately "cree" in the model description doesnt tell you much about the light. while cree makes excellent products (like the other major cob manufacturers) - all mfrs make cobs in all different sizes and prices so you need more info on exactly which chip they are using.
there are quite a few manufacturers out there that advertise "cree cobs" in their fixtures but conveniently fail to note the model of chip they are using. and when you dig you find out it is a cxa2530 or something which is a smaller (aka less efficient) chip that had its day in like 2013, and is 2-3 gens behind current tech. Will still grow fine but not necessarily the cutting edge in tech you are probably looking for

This. You can get a 2-emitter COB from Timber built made-to-order for that price. Or a couple QBs or a bunch of strips. Don’t ever use old panel LEDs.
