Am I going to need a heat pad?

If I use a 126W LED grow light, is it going to provide enough heat during winter (My grow is in a garage - attached but not particularly warm in winter).

I'm also planning on using an autopot, do you think that will cause me problems trying to heat up the whole thing?

A heat pad won't heat up your grow room if it's that cold. I would suggest a greenhouse heater. That way you can set it to run and it will switch off when it hits a certain temperature. That would be my suggestion if you are worried about temps. Heat pads are more for seedlings and clones.
