Am I Flooding My Table Enough? No Rockwool, Just Hydroton in Pots

So i'm flooding my table 4 times a day for 15 mintues intervals. 3 when lights on 1 when lights off. My clones root in an aero set up, they just sit in the center of a rubber plug. When they get roots I throw them into a pot with just hydroton and into the tent they go.

this is a new set up for me. First times around I had the clones in rockwool to start them out, and then with the rockwool into the pots. My plants running the current set up just don't seem to be anywhere near as robust as when they were in the rockwool. The only thing I can point my finger at is not having them in rockwool. I know the rockwool will absorb more water. So with them not being in there do I need to flood for more than 4 times a day? or for longer interval? :-|

i dont quite understand, i may be over thinking this, but are you saying you clone in a aero cloner then when rooted transplanting to hydroton filled pot then straight to flower? if so i think i can help. when transplanting the plants can go into shock especially with all roots exposed and heavy clay pellets being dropped on them, i would transplant, then veg under flowering lights on 18/6 until first sign of growth then flip to 12/12. this will ensure that all plants are well established in there new home before flowering begins. i just planted clones 7 days ago into veg and today i saw signs of first new growth.

I experimented with flooding every 45 minutes on my last grow, which was in lava rock. I tried every 30 but that was too frequent in my rig. If you are going to flood more often, make sure you drain fairly quickly.

The growth was explosive.

Here are a few pics, which may help
