I am getting new growth in the tops of the buds and some down low

i would say that that is indeed ready, i would chop it

In the second picture you can amber throughout the bud. I vote ready.

lol I can't bring myself to pull them .. every morning I notice gaps filling in , getting a purple hue .. they may be a full 11week strain ..
the leaves have amber but the actuel bud i do not ..

Most plants can go past harvest date if you are looking for a sedative smoke, but to me it looks finished.

It is a sativa so I would be very happy with coach lock instead of bouncing offf the walls

Water them again and harvest when they are thirsty
