Am i doing something wrong? Plants wont start flowering

You could be doing something wrong, but its hard to say when you dont post anything about your setup, and no pics either.
 
Some sativa strains just take longer to show signs of sex, sometimes it can take 3-4 weeks. Make sure there is no light leaking into the grow area during the dark period.
 
They are starting to show signs of maturity with alternating nodes, I'm sure you will see some preflowers in the next week or so.
 
That's an injury from 2 weeks ago, light fell and touched the top leaves for a few hours, that's not heat stress, that's burnt.
 
No, just stick to the schedule. You can try feeding a bit of high K nutes in small doses to try to kick them into bloom.
