Like everyone else said maybe add another light and lower them to about 1-3 inches from the plant. Then add a small fan, aim it so that you see the plant moving alittle with the breeze. Don't make it blow it over but you get the point, this will cause the stem to get stronger because of the constant airflow. Good luck on you grow.

my plants outside at the moment, i want to bring it in as soon as possible but ive run into some difficulties on where to keep it lol. also been kind of cloudy for the past week, do you think that has anything to do with it being so tall? + with it needing support to hold it up, i just added a little extra soil and now its fine

Yeah I had a bag seed that I germ'd this spring and at irst it was stretch and thin like yours. (Outdoors BTW) and now its beautiful could never tell it was a runt.
I should add though I would bring it in soon or you'll have bug troubles indoors and I think your too late to keep it outside now...

for 3 weeks it's def a little behind and you need some more light! What light setup are you running besides having it outdoors sometimes?

its weird 2 of my plants are 3 weeks old and look nothing like that

your is a hydro grow and you have your inside to where you have
control over the height of your lights..
he said in post #11 that his are outside and that its been cloudy...

if you dont have a light set up
just go get you some cfl`s
cuz if your here in the us
you really dont have the time now for an outdoor grow
and you can keep the cfl`s like arout 3" above you plant
so they wont sreacth and it will start to fill out..
i prefer hids hps/mh
but you can get some cfl`s for right not and put a stop to that streatchin...

i wanted to start growing earlier but my previous seed never sprouted, then i found another seed in my weed and thought id try it for fun and it worked. when it gets a little bigger and the weather gets worse im going to bring it into the house and do a light set up, just gota figure out the situation!
can i use the clf's in a regular lamp? like just put it over the plant outside or do you think 1 clf will be enough for me to bring it inside?
