alternative way to add calcium/magnesium to nutrient solution?

Hey everyone. One of my hydroponic plants has recently begun to show signs of calcium/magnesium deficiency. I won't be able to make it to the hydro store for a little while to pick up calmag, so I was wondering if there was any alternative way of adding these nutrients to my nutrient solution (maybe something like epsom salts). I am using GH Flora for my base nutes with advanced nutrients Big Bud. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could give me some advice.

if you're going to use epsom, make sure you dilute it in hot ass water and shake until its diluted 100%(and no visible chunks) then let the water cool obviously. Ive used it once, didnt solve my problem. But that doesnt mean it wont work.

I haven't done this myself, but I've heard Rolaids will work as will as anything you can buy at the hydro store. That's all there is listed in the ingredients anyway, calcium and magnesium. Price is as cheap as could be, too! You can buy them anywhere, even convenience stores. Don't get Tums, no magnesium in them. Have no clue as to how much/many to use. I would try 1/2 a tablet per gallon H2O to start. Just guessing, tho.

You might want to dissolve one in a glass of water first to see if there's going to be any undissolved solids that might muck up your system. Like I said before, I've never tried this myself.
