Alright I had to move due to ongoing PM issues (jokin) but not really .

Came from a large grow room passive venting roughly 9x17 ...

Not that I have moved I am setting up tents so I have a 4x8 tent now and plan to buy a few more heres my issue

I have a back split and tents are in the very lowest part of home (basement)

I installed my 8inch 800cfm fan in the tent with exhaust routed to outside (exterior) later that night I went to go to bed and it was freezing up on the too floor clearly I am.pulling way way to much air even with the fan on lowest setting (controller) so I just figured it was to powerfull and installed a very small fan to get by for now 190cfm which I know is not suffice so I think I am.going to order a few cloud line ac infinity 6 inch 390cfm fans one per 4x8 tent which I think will work .

So the lower grow area in basement is not well sealed off air wise theres a louvered door that allows air to pass by .

Question was my fan just to strong? or do I need to try and seal off that lower basement area to try and stop airflow into grow area room its about 20x23

And I am.thinking that a ac infinity 6 inch would be suffice for 4x8 grow tents?

I want to get this right of should mention the grow area is also the gas furnace /water heater room

Never ever would o vent inside the house I dont even know how people get away with that as far as co2 and having enough fresh air but seen it done so ...

I would have liked to use my 8 inch fan as my 1000w hood has 8inch fittings but if its pulling all the hot air from top floor of.home then that wont work so .

Any insight/ advice would be greatly appreciated

Oh and I dont run carbon filters on my fans which i know reduces the cfm so maybe that would solve my issue and allow me to use my 8inch 800 cfm in my 4x8
