hey was up i have this afghan x mazar plant that is 47 days into flowering and isnt looking good the buds on the top are all airy and are all hairs but no good bud sites..im using a 250w hps and my other plant that i have under it is looking really good i just dont know was up with this one

Just the strain, it could fill out or stay like it is. It is all going to vary strain to strain and even strains with solid genetics have diff phenotypes.

YES!!! If you've got 47 days + veg invested in those girls, you owe it to yourself to wait another 13-20 days and see how they do! You just might be surprised. What nutes are you giving them? They look like they would have benefited by being pruned back a bit on the lower 1/3 of the plant but at this point I wouldn't touch anything and just wait and see. Good luck bud!

Looks fine, keep your light as close as practicle, and wait it out.
I bet in a couple weeks it will have filled in nice.
