I read in the high times magazine in January addition page 42 about the new hot items this year one from the hot item was THE MAGIC TRIMMER and since i believe the high time magazine i bought one all i will say thank you high times

so is it basically just a really expensive dremel with a trimmer head type deal?

Never heard of it. Can it only trim wet bud?

It looks good for a rough trim for the consumer market but maybe not thorough enough for medical grade trim. Personally I like to get as much leaf out as possible and this device just trims the surface.
