all new growth on my plants has become very shiny Good or Bad?

Hey RIU first time grower lookig for some help just transplanted my plants into bigger pot 50/50 mix ff ocean forest and earth juice amazon bloom that was two days ago and today all the new growth seems very shiny. Good or Bad?
