ALL my feminized plants are dying! PLEASE HELP! PICS AND DETAILS INSIDE!

Alright I don't know what the fuck it happening. I'm getting really aggrivated and unfortunately the help I got in the Indoor Growing section wasn't very helpful and didn't solve the problem at all; so I decided to post here.

Here's the story...

Plant ages: About 1 week, give or take a couple of days
Lighting: 250W MH (spaced about 14" from plants)
pH: About 6
Ventilation: Fan on second speed 24/7
Temperature near plants: 78F
Planting Medium: C-I-L All purpose potting soil (no nutes) mixed with Schultz brand perlite
Pest control: Yellow sticky pads (work awesome)
Nutrients: Miracle Gro 24-8-16 (have NOT used yet)
Watering frequency: about once every 4-6 days

So the problem is they just KEEP GETTING SICK. Not sure why. First it was my Dame BLanche which is just about dead now and I couldn't get any help in any forum for it so there was no hope.

Now it's these two; Hawaiian Snow and Auto AK47xLR2.
They were perfect until a day or two ago, then the leaves started to droop as you can see, growth stunted, and the plants began to fall over. I had to put sticks in to keep them upright.

PLEASE help me. These are all feminized too so I really don't want them to go to waste which so far they are.

Water more. The seedling stage is a precarious one and the plants need more attention at this stage than any other. I would suggest a couple of teaspoons of water every day for about 14 days after germination. Also, they look a bit stretched. Maybe move lights a bit closer, although I only have experience with CFLs.

Well evidently - not that I am not appreciative for it (thank you to all who have at least tried to help) - but none of the advice I've been given has been accurate.
I've tried everything I was told, and nothing helped; in fact, the plants just got worse.
The plants are getting worse and worse and at 10-20 bucks a seed it would be a shame to throw them away, but they're slowly withering away.

PLEASE HELP ME GUYS! I need some pro grower help it seems. For some reason also it's only the feminized seedlings that don't make it past 3 weeks. But they wern't ordered from the same place which is weird.

I'm never gonna get it right if somebody doesn't really help me here, every seed I plant is just going to keep dying at 2 weeks old, nothing will ever change if I don't know what's wrong.

Come on guys, I'm in desperate need of help here.
